As an accredited family mediator, I guide you through the process by drafting a comprehensive mutual consent agreement (“Echtscheiding door Onderlinge Toestemming” or “EOT”).
This official document records your choices regarding assets, property division, and parental responsibilities. Once finalized, I submit this written agreement directly to the Family Court (Familierechtbank).
